Meet Our Founder

Jon Rocha – Founder & Owner

Jon Rocha is a real estate development professional with a focus on making quality housing more accessible through innovative construction methods.

After years in traditional real estate development, Jon recognized that modern factory-built homes offered a powerful solution that the industry had largely overlooked. Rather than building luxury homes for affluent buyers, he launched Southwest Homes to create genuine pathways to homeownership for working families.

Beyond business, Jon is active in local nonprofit organizations and economic development initiatives. He lives in Prescott Valley with his wife Heather and their six children.
