Founded in 2021, Southwest Homes is a trusted provider of modern, energy-efficient & affordable factory-built homes. Proudly serving the Northern Arizona territory, we have assisted our community in creating their dream homes without breaking the bank. Southwest Homes is compelled to preserve the possibility of home ownership for all Americans, regardless of budget.

Since Southwest Homes is not a national franchise or corporate retailer, we don’t have to conform to the pressures of company executives & stakeholders. We are a local small business, consisting of people just like you! We are not into the high-pressure sales tactics or gimmicks!
