After Clayton homes did their “warranty work” and broke more things than they fixed, Annie and her team were fantastic at making sure we were taken care of. We had an issue with the subfloors that Clayton wouldn’t fix. Annie sent out a team to tear up the bad flooring, fix the root issue, and installed all new flooring. I’m very impressed with the level of customer service post construction.
